Partnership Kickoff

Before work of consequence begins, we believe it’s important to bring all key team members together to discuss the working relationship between our companies. Typically, this meeting will include an Account Director and our husband-and-wife team of CEO and President.

In-Person Meeting

After a virtual intro with projects of scale, we prefer in-person meetings and presentations where we come to you. While it might seem old-fashioned to some, we believe that meeting face to face is the best way of building trust in us as an agency partner.

So you can get a sense of our competitive rates, we are open to ballpark estimating initiatives early on. If weve developed a solid rapport and are in the right price range, we’re ready to move to the next step.

Rotary Career Mentoring

Since 1969, JR has given time to various causes, including the Red Cross, Masons and Rotary. Since 2007, JR has contributed all services to promoting the Rotary Student Program which aligns high school students with professionals in dream careers. Featured on Rotary.org under Education, the program is the brainchild of JR CEO, Jackie Huie, who is passionate about building young leaders.

Philanthropic Hearts

JR Team Members have a true philanthropic spirit with many actively engaging in efforts to support various causes in our communities and around the world. In Southwest Michigan, team members participate in the Boss Services 911 Hero Climb which honors fallen 9/11 heroes and raises funds for local fire and public safety departments.

Giving Globally

For a number of years, through the generous support of client partners, JR has made significant donations to those in need. Donations of clothing and both large and small household items have been given to local groups, like The Salvation Army of Benton Harbor and to those in need in far away countries, like Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador and Nepal.

Our Teams

The JR culture is built on connection and celebration, from monthly team BBQs and homemade birthday cakes to anniversary luncheons and holiday parties. When we won 'Best Places to Work in Michigan,' llamas joined the celebration. For movie releases, the team goes all out. And every Christmas, company owners host a festive gathering at their home, complete with customized gifts for the team.

We Started

After a decade immersed in the ad world, Don Johnson saw the need for a different kind of agency. He envisioned a communications firm that could work smarter, turn jobs faster, and deliver exceptional service to clients who deserved more for their money. This results-driven, lean mindset remains the cornerstone of JohnsonRauhoff.

Today JohnsonRauhoff, commonly referred to as JR, continues to honor the legacy established by its founder. We remain dedicated to our client relationships and consistently exceed expectations with our quality of work.
