With more than 30 years in advertising, Jackie specializes in creative and marketing strategy. Prior to bringing ROI to client initiatives across corporate services, Jackie was a creative director for TracyLocke, Ogilvy & Mather, and Frankel and Company. Designer of the McDonald’s Hamburglar, Jackie is a member of the global business network World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and a proud Rotarian.
After graduating from the American Academy of Art, Chicago, Mason joined JR in 1994. Under his creative leadership, JR sharpened its services and grew to include digital, IT, video, and grassroots innovation teams. His influence with utilizing smart tools revolutionized JR’s workflow and streamlined communications. His keen instincts on brand activation have resulted in numerous award-winning campaigns for global brands including Rubbermaid Commercial Products, KitchenAid, and Sur La Table. Mason is a member of YPO, indulges in vintage cars, and enjoys a serious game of soccer.
After 20+ years in the creative trenches as an award-winning copywriter and creative director, Dawn's passion evolved to helping others realize their own potential. She now leads JR talent recruitment and training and is the driving force behind JR’s culture, attributing employee health and wellness to the environment in which they are inspired to create, learn, and grow. Dawn is a life member of Women's Service League, digs indie films, and loves getting lost in the woods with her Tennessee Walker.

On the flip side, his creative, right-brained self is an award-winning photographer whose passion inspires others on a daily basis. If it were legal, we’d clone him and make a mint.
Earl starts his day with a very strong cup of coffee. As Product Experience Director, he knows an average day is anything but.
