JohnsonRauhoff announces promotions

ST. JOSEPH - JohnsonRauhoff (JR) has announced several promotions within their Executive Management team, according to Jackie Huie, President.

“Over the past several years, JohnsonRauhoff has experienced continual growth and is now realigning resources to better support our competitive global accounts,” states Huie. “The creation of Executive Vice President positions strengthens our Executive Team and allows Vice Presidents to focus on key business segments.”

Included in the promotions is Mason Johnson, formerly Vice President of Creative Services, now Executive Vice President, moving in line as President-Elect. In his new role, Johnson will become more involved in the overall management of JR, including leading Creative Services, Innovation, and Operations. Johnson’s long career at JR started with an internship while a student at Lakeshore High School. After attending college at Tri-State University, University of Hilo, Hawaii, and American Academy of Art, Chicago, Johnson returned to Southwest Michigan to begin his marketing career at JR. On top of notable career accomplishments that include Telly Awards in Broadcast and Video, Johnson has been the chief driving force behind growing in-house capabilities in the field of Video Production as well as Digital Services, both of which have increased the company’s client offerings, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Dawn Williams, formerly Creative Director for the JR Marketing Team and Vice President of Creative Strategy, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. She will now lead Marketing Creative, Human Resources, and Public Relations. Williams has an award-winning career, including a 2014 Communicator Gold Award of Excellence for the KitchenAid Countertop Oven Video Campaign, a 2013 MarCom Gold Award for Rubbermaid Commercial Products’ Executive Series Campaign, and a 2011 Platinum Hermes Award for producing the 5th season of the Katie Brown Workshop TV Show. Williams has also been an Internet Advertising Competition Judge since 2013.

Elizabeth “EK” Kohler, formerly Creative Director of Photography, has been promoted to Vice President of Creative. She will now lead all Studio Creative, Producing, and Sets. Instrumental to acquiring the Sur La Table business for JR, Kohler leads direction of all the commercial photography team’s work for that account. She has directed numerous photo teams in the ideation and execution of Walmart brands’ packaging, as well as leading the creative teams in the execution of Home Depot’s DIY photography.

Huie added, “I am especially excited about these particular promotions and what they mean to the future of our growing Southwest Michigan business.”
